The challengesManual system and manual processes. SSC that has no standard functions and processes. Poor backup plan, if you go on leave for few days, expect to pick up where you left off. Expect to receive messages during non working hours/days. No work life balance, work long hours even weekends. Micromanagement style. No suggestion or help from superior when you have concerns, were told to come out with your own solutions. Suggestions were given, but no actions taken. No bonus. No increment.
