    Good culture, challenging hours
    The good things- culture: positive with greetings in the morning, professional language, , encouraged to voice out, no gossip policy - constructive feedback, they x simply fired people even hv performance issue, they gv u time for your own growth. feedback given are x personal but constructive
    The challengesTeaching can be hectic on weekends= normal class+ students extra sessions+ parents to talk to+ cleaning up the class+ report. Until now I still work more than 8 hours on weekend, but that's the way I MANAGE.You need to be prepared for this challenge and be ready to manage WLB in your own way.

    The good things- Supportive and friendly colleagues from own department. - Good platform to learn and sharpen skills on handling client and children. - Systematic working system to maintain the quality.
    The challenges- Work-life balance - need to have very strong time management skills to maintain work-life balance. - Fast pace working environment - need to have enough resilient and be brave to voice out when faced challenges. - Not purely teaching kids, 60% is on marketing which doesn't stated in job scope.

    The good things1. Good Support System. Able to get good support from CEO and your superiors, who are very supportive of your learning and growth. Just make sure you need to seek for help. 2. Very Fair Performance Based. Company is supportive of your growth based on a very fair performance system, not biased. 3. Positive Working Culture. Feels happy to come to work surrounded by positive and happy people. Every work will have its own stress, but its the people around that makes the difference 4. Systematic. There are SOPs and systems developed to assist you with your working and tasks.

    The good thingsThe people and culture are the best. I feel very supported in the team and they have good learning culture. The management focuses on developing the people and I benefitted a lot in personal growth. There is no office politics which I always feel at ease. Credits are always given to those deserving regardless of seniority.

    The good thingsNo office politic. So glad to work in a such a good culture. Meritocracy system. So everything will be based on your performance. Higher pay than other centers in the same field. Personal growth. Had challenged myself to work out of my comfort zone throughout the years working there. Learned a lot including teaching skills and leadership skills. Transparency. Feel free to communicate to your superior, whether you want to feedback or consultation about your career development.
    The challengesHigh-stress level when dealing with new tasks, needed to multitask and meet deadlines or handling some difficult parents. But datelines were negotiable and discussion could be held to ask for support. Sometimes it was difficult to balance between work and life because this job required you to work during weekends.

    Not all that glitters is gold
    The good thingsThe good thing about working here was the colleagues but most of them have already left. This would be a good place to gain some experience if you want to teach or have an understanding of running an education business.
    The challengesThe turnover rate is high. Your weekends will be dedicated to work since classes are conducted on weekends. Since the nature of the work deals with children, you need to learn how to deal with their parents. And the person running the place is always making decisions for the benefit of the company at the end of the day, not for the benefit of the staff.
