    Good culture, challenging hours
    The good things- culture: positive with greetings in the morning, professional language, , encouraged to voice out, no gossip policy - constructive feedback, they x simply fired people even hv performance issue, they gv u time for your own growth. feedback given are x personal but constructive
    The challengesTeaching can be hectic on weekends= normal class+ students extra sessions+ parents to talk to+ cleaning up the class+ report. Until now I still work more than 8 hours on weekend, but that's the way I MANAGE.You need to be prepared for this challenge and be ready to manage WLB in your own way.

    The good things- Supportive and friendly colleagues from own department. - Good platform to learn and sharpen skills on handling client and children. - Systematic working system to maintain the quality.
    The challenges- Work-life balance - need to have very strong time management skills to maintain work-life balance. - Fast pace working environment - need to have enough resilient and be brave to voice out when faced challenges. - Not purely teaching kids, 60% is on marketing which doesn't stated in job scope.

    The good things1. CEO- best ceo most down to earth and caring person -always make sure the staff is well taken care of -appreciate the staff by sending gifts, drinks during peak period 2.     The good things1. Good Support System. Able to get good support from CEO and your superiors, who are very supportive of your learning and growth. Just make sure you need to seek for help. 2. Very Fair Performance Based. Company is supportive of your growth based on a very fair performance system, not biased. 3. Positive Working Culture. Feels happy to come to work surrounded by positive and happy people. Every work will have its own stress, but its the people around that makes the difference 4. Systematic. There are SOPs and systems developed to assist you with your working and tasks.

    Best place for career and professional growth.
    The good thingsThe people and culture are the best. I feel very supported in the team and they have good learning culture. The management focuses on developing the people and I benefitted a lot in personal growth. There is no office politics which I always feel at ease. Credits are always given to those deserving regardless of seniority.

    The good thingsWYNKIDS is my 2nd full time job and have been working for 3 years now, the CEO especially is someone who really appreciate each and every staff and you can never find a boos like him! Everyone in the company is full of positive energy and supportive as well. The only company I know that will give 100% support and weekly trainings to ensure we are well equip for our job! Love the inclusiveness of the company in gathering everyone together annually for events as well! Working here in WYNKIDS doesn't seem like a chore/work because I have enjoyed myself, learning and grow together with the company as well! A stable company that is growing day by day, thus my future is set as well! Greath career advancement.
    The challengesWorking in a performance based company is definitely not easy, can be challenging at times, but this is all fair and square. All efforts/ hardwork done will be rewarded accordingly. Thus, I am always finding ways to polish my skillset and attributes to do better, for myself which can be quite stressful for me. One thing to improve to make working better is on the reporting system from bottom to top to have more transparency.

He gives the best platform, guidance, support and rewards to whoever wants and deserves it. - If you are looking for a good career progression place as an educator, this place is definitely for you. - Majority of the people working here in the company are coming with good personal value. We have good teamwork and very harmony. - A place that can keep everyone learning and improve either as a person or for its own career
    The challengesI think it must be the moment when handling new role and take up new challenge and learning. That is when I feel there is a challenge and stress up myself. However, I think a healthy stress level is good for everyone to push him/herself better to go further. Overall, its good challenges!

    The good thingsNo office politic. So glad to work in a such a good culture. Meritocracy system. So everything will be based on your performance. Higher pay than other centers in the same field. Personal growth. Had challenged myself to work out of my comfort zone throughout the years working there. Learned a lot including teaching skills and leadership skills. Transparency. Feel free to communicate to your superior, whether you want to feedback or consultation about your career development.
    The challengesHigh-stress level when dealing with new tasks, needed to multitask and meet deadlines or handling some difficult parents. But datelines were negotiable and discussion could be held to ask for support. Sometimes it was difficult to balance between work and life because this job required you to work during weekends.
