    The good thingsGood working environment, supportive leader and team. Transparency and good teamwork, as long as you willing to learn, there will be a chance for you to grow.
    The challengesEverywhere in a workplace is full of challenges, depends on how you overcome it. Here as long as you accept the feedback, overcome it, then you can continue to move on.

    The good thingsCEO is very generous and appreciative to the staff. Plenty of opportunities to grow if you have the eagerness to learn.
    The challengesNot much of work-life balance. Very struggle between work and family when the work is overwhelming due to lack of manpower.

    The good things1. Positive learning culture in the company - everyone is friendly and willing to teach you if you have questions. 2. Strong support system - managers are very helpful and give good tips in growing the employees. Training is available to strengthen your skillsets. 3. Positive working environment - everyone is friendly in the company. You can work happily without worrying about people gossiping behind you.
    The challengesA lot tasks to learn at the beginning when first join but it will be alright as supports are given. Need to work on weekend as sometimes it affects friends/family gathering.

    The good thingsA working place that provide equal opportunity to everyone regardless skin colour and age. Performance based company and you will get rewarded accordingly. Fully support given by superior and colleagues, definitely a great working environment.
    The challengesFast pace working environment but superior is open to discuss based on our own career goal and direction and the pace may adjust accordingly.

    Good Learning and Positive Working Environment
    The good thingsQuality-focused preschool program and positive working environment. Supportive CEO who focus on taking care of the team, learned a lot from him in not focusing on just solving the issues but how we can improve in future (growth mindset). Will be demotivated when facing challenges at times but CEO willing to spend time guiding and giving direction.
    The challengesNeed to persevere at the beginning when newly promoted as things are new but can learn a lot as company focuses on growing the team not only in career but also personal. Need to be more patient to leading some new teachers when they are not culturally fit or not focus on their performance. It will be challenging if they are not willing to put in efforts to learn.
