    Superb teammates, positive and cheerful environment.
    The good thingsOverall I can say that working with XOX Management Sdn Bhd bring more joys than tears. I really have a good time working here and gain a lot of experience. -People & Environment- 1. Very good team members that teach or guide from A to Z regarding the job that need to be done. 2. Have a very understanding managers and seniors where always open for a discussion. Very important not micromanage. 3. Office environment also cozy and have no strict restriction. -Working Experience- 1. Training provided for early month of joining. 2. Gain a lot of knowledge especially for company's products and knowledge on how telco company operate. 3. All work flow and guideline well documented and maintain which easier for new comers to self learn first before asking for question. -Salary & Perks- 1. Quite satisfied with the salary given for a fresh graduate (plus they give more other allowance, shift, OT, phone and travel allowance, and parking provided).
    The challengesMy challenges:- 1. Need to work in fast pace environment where need to always keep up to date with issues or any new update regarding the company's product. (I think all service provider & IT company like this. Haha.) 2. Working on rota shift including weekend and public holidays. (3 shift band).
