    Great for starting out as there are many skills you may obtained from colleagues from different work area, as well as easy to communicate with managers. However, do not expect much compensation unless you are loyal for many years.

    The challengesIn terms of benefits, you should not expect much as likely you are starting out a career.

    All of my colleagues are very polite, and I have learned a lot of new experiences beyond what I learned in school.
    The good thingsAll of the colleagues are very polite and they are willing to guide you how to communicate with the customer and how to solve their problem immediately. I had learnt what is hosting, domain, NameServer, how are they working and manage the product.
    The challengesCustomers can be urgent and impatient, but we still need to explain their concerns and inform the relevant department.

    Friends and passion for self development.
    The good thingsThe environment really gives you a place to belong where work is stress free and everyone have each other's back. A really good place to grow your skills and also soft skills, but it's competitive, in a good way. If you have passion for server and don't mind the working period, it's a really good place. Give it 3 years or so, and you will really miss this place badly.
    The challengesLong working hours ? Nothing else I guess, because the feeling of having a second family makes up to it.

    The good thingsThe environment and atmosphere for work is good and rewarding if you really work very hard.The work culture is very good where and the people there are very nice. Colleagues are like family.
    The challengesHandling hard clients which have no idea what is happening on their services. You can't ask too technical question or ask them to do too many technical things.

    The good thingsYou can learn many things while working at there. The staffs are very friendly and you can get many useful knowledge. You may use the knowlegde for your future working experience. Learned about the industrial site more and you will never regret of it.
    The challengesthere is a lot of stress and many competition will be going on we have to compete to each other to get a better place in the working place. Get scold from the higher officer as usual but i can learn from my mistakes and be careful while doing working as no errors in the future.
