    Redflag, workload unclear! zero structure from management
    The good thingsSome colleagues are friendly and supportive. The job scope offers exposure to hands-on retail setup, which can help strengthen practical skills, especially for someone early in their career.
    The challengesVM team constantly overloaded, forced to work 10am–6am During Fair, without proper OT or support. Tasks often given last minute with no proper direction. Other departments work normal hours. Poor planning, no structure, zero appreciation. Mentally exhausting, toxic, and not sustainable long-term.

    The challengesPoor management, most management is their family members which lack of professional knowledge. Dirty environment, got spider-web on corridors and toilets, doesn't hire cleaner, doesn't have sanitary bin No career development, courses only for their families Force all staffs give 5 stars on jobstreet

    gave me a lot of experience in handling task, all the delivery order, make me become more louder, responsible on hold a position to teach the juniors. good environment with colleauge,and the best manager, lee sau yee. plus , increase my self confident to talk to crowd.

    The challengesto deal with customer about the price,and promotion / when do some adjustment on department , have to think wider. so the look will attract customer to come and buy.

    The challenges- Have to facing bad behavior certain customers. - The management/system/sop to chaos and confusing staff. (To many mutual misunderstandings/misinformation from superiors,seemingly dont have same opinions (fully controlled by employers family members). - Need to do stock take for every month, but got the commission once a year :) - Asking staff opinions about problems and improvements for company, but didn’t have any action.

Staff and management have many misunderstanding about instruction in between . Company care less about staff’s welfare (when the flood hit , company did not even ask about staff situation) .
