    The challengesThe system sometimes confusing. Company management to many mutual misunderstanding information (different opinions from superior and make staff stress to understand what actually they need. Hard to achieve monthly sales target in this current situation.

    The challengesNeed to catch up the promotion and explain about pricing. System easily changes and confusing staff. Company ask to push for customer join membership, but its not easy to convince customers while theres no interesting benefits they can get from that. management are to miserable make misleading/miscommunication information to staff Late to paid Commission.

    Company needs to improve the management and how to take care their staff. Without employees, a company will not succeed.

    The challenges- Have to facing bad behavior certain customers. - The management/system/sop to chaos and confusing staff. (To many mutual misunderstandings/misinformation from superiors,seemingly dont have same opinions (fully controlled by employers family members). - Need to do stock take for every month, but got the commission once a year :) - Asking staff opinions about problems and improvements for company, but didn’t have any action.

    This company should improve and take actions about the issue that have been raised to be better .
    The good thingsBeing more communicative with customers and colleagues . I also can improve my knowledges about fashion and design also material of the product .
    The challengesFace with customer’s bad attitude and sometimes they always complain about the price . Commision always late and postponed even though we did stock take every month . Staff and management have many misunderstanding about instruction in between . Company care less about staff’s welfare (when the flood hit , company did not even ask about staff situation) .

Too many mutual misunderstanding information management/task/sop/instructions maybe due to fully controlled by employer's family members. Problems about commission-always late for commission paid eventhough need to do monthly stocks take.
