To find a little experience should be ok here, but if looking for a career development is not here because PIP & warning letter easy to be given by the manager than a Solution.
The good thingscolleagues is ok and the Senior Sale Manager Amy always help out and give a very fast solutions/response daily.
The challengesManager of the cs dept should learn more about the managerial & communication skills (especially the way she communicates with the staff either personally or in the WA group). Keep sending a message to the staff personally within working hours is really disturbing and add more stress.
