Working environments are good but can be stressful at times.The good thingsBoss and senior staffs are very helpful, they usually will train non experience staffs until they manage to standing on they own feet and can working independently. Working here feel like one big family. Everyone have their own responsibilities and will backup one another if there's some issues. The challengesChallenging parts working with this company are you will have to deal with many kinds of customers, some are very nice, some can be demanding and super fussy- it might causing some stress if you are very sensitive individuals.
Another part was during peak season usually when most of local universities/colleges/ institutes graduations around the corner, sometimes you will have to working overtime. Probably you don't have any rest days during that season due to workflows especially for photo retouchers and photographers which is can be really stressful to the staffs.
