The longer you work there, the more you want to leave the company.
The good thingsMy colleagues & team leaders are friendly and helpful.
The challengesThe stress increased after got transferred to other department especially from the management. At first I agreed to be transferred into new department because of the benefits and realistic achievable KPI. However, both of them got impossible to achieve after they started to make unbelievable target and decided for every employees to achieve >90% CSAT- push rate + CSAT success rate + CSAT score. Which means >90% of your customer needs to be transferred to CSAT and answer all CSAT questions. They believe that we can control CSAT which is ridiculous. CSAT is in customers hands, not employees. The pressure from working and nearly no benefit honestly made you feel want to leave the company. Employees introduced and explained CSAT to customers but, customers are the one who decided to want to do it, answer all questions and rate. We unable to choose what kind of assignment that we will get and this can affect our work productivity but, they expect everyone to achieve the same productivity even when we have harder assignments. When the work load is high, they kept pushing us to work harder but they don't do anything to help to lower the work load (only by seeking assistance from other department) unlike the leaders in Inbound team who most of the time help to answer and make outbound calls to solve customer's issue and even help other department. They are having low man power but they don't really appreciate their employees and the work benefits are getting lower after late YTL passed away. A lot of people left the company because of that.

I found it productive and inspiring and encouraging. The workforce was positive and management worked well with employees
The good thingsDiscuss the company culture Highlight the health, medical, retirement, paid time off, compensation plans, and other benefits that employees receive. Talk about employees who have excelled with the company, and mention any opportunities for growth. Discuss skills and knowledge the individual will gain if they work for the company.
The challengesWhenever you have different personalities working together under the same roof, there is bound to be friction from time to time. Teams working under deadline and under pressure may be more apt to have flare-ups of tempers and other issues. While in theory it is possible for everyone to get along, it rarely happens. Introducing training to help employees learn how to manage work stress and get along with other people can be very beneficial in handling this challenge.
