    The challengesAs a transferred employee, some senior peers weren't that helpful, so had to work harder. Salary wasn't attractive

    Good place to Grow But not to Stay
    The good thingsThe company is flexible and may not be as strict as other companies. The management is easy to talk to and the annual leaves are less troublesome to apply. There are opportunities to grow and get promoted and to go hotels to hotels, resorts to resort for cross exposure. Has 5 star awards for standout staffs.
    The challengesThe benefits are undesirable. Only 1 panel clinic for medical needs. No dental or optical benefits. The cafeteria food is limited with unappetizing options. Pay is low with low basic. In operation may require overtime with no overtime pay. No staff resting lounge. Locker rooms can be improved.
