    Everyone help out one another towards common goal.
    The good thingsIt's a big family where different department shares the same office work space. If you enjoy socialising this is the company for you.
    The challengesPlenty of work! But this also mean plenty of opportunity for you to shine and a clear goal to achieve.

    Micromanagement to the extreme
    The good thingsThe office is at a convenient location. The colleagues are great and helpful.
    The challengesThe typical Chinese company where the superiors are not open towards constructive criticism, they wouldn't take "no" for an answer. Constant communication breakdowns due to language barriers (Mandarin was the main and almost only language spoken). Superiors are constantly micromanaging even with minor tasks. You are expected to be on standby for work all times, including weekends and public holidays (this may differ depending on your superior). Lack of respect towards personal time where you will be receiving WhatsApp messages even during wee hours.

    The good thingsQuite a lot of events prepared by company and all the workers participate to be a part of those events and enjoyed the event moments
    The challengesTo learn something new about supply chain, quite many system have to use and may those of the system have not provide an accurate rate of products ordering
