The good thingsFriendly colleagues and boss, all willing to teach and help when I had questions or wasn't sure what to do.

The challengesIt is a lifestyle, not a job, so work-life balance is tougher. However, that is to be expected from an agency job, and I do not dislike it.

Amazing office culture

The good thingsCulture and work-life balance. Work never seem dreadful and David is definitely a good example of a good leader. He is understanding and down to Earth. He never once went to show himself as a dictator boss but more of an adviser and always showing his employees the right direction. Not only that, everyone in the office encourages and motivates each other to bring success in each other's work.
