Worst nightmare & experience

The good thingsColleagues were easy going and very helpful

The challenges1. Everything on offer letter & anything discussed during interview means nothing. They can change your salary & job scope anytime. 2. Salary never on time. 3. Bad quality product & bad claim management. Staff are being blamed eventhough they have no controll over product delivery process. 4. Staff are being blamed for doing their work. 5. Hard to communicate. Boss dont know english or bahasa. 6. No work flow, messy work flow. 7. Always disturb staff after office hour (night) & weekend. 8. No employess benefit at all.
