What’s it like working at Zinc Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Zinc Group appreciate the flexible working arrangements and the hybrid work model, which allows them to work remotely or from the office that is accessible by public transport. However, there are some potential challenges that have been raised. These include concerns about the lack of work-life balance, with expectations to work on weekends and public holidays. Additionally, there appears to be a need for improved processes and systems within the company, as well as better guidance and support for employees, particularly new hires in understanding their roles and responsibilities. Management are terrible. Work environment is Toxic.
The good thingsHybrid working. Office can be accessible by MRT.
The challengesThe whole interview process is full of misleading info. Benefits being told that we able to enjoy are mostly not available and HR unable to help identify. Same goes to the JD. This lead to a very stressful life for me to keep identify what is my responsibility and how to perform tasks in this position with almost 0 guidance form the team members and leaders.
