    Lots of exciting projects and a friendly working environment.
    The good thingsFast skill up with on site training and not just paper work. Always very clear and straightforward instructions from management. Promises are always kept. Employer doesn't treat their worker like robots, any problems you have it is always very easy to discuss. A great feeling of accomplishment when a project is completed, especially big projects.
    The challengesHave to be very independent. Quick thinking is required, also some talking skills. The main challenges is not in the company, but with the customers. Because their thinking always changes and you have to be always ready to adapt in order to make everyone happy.
