Valuable Experience, But Growth Opportunities Fell ShortLack of manpower, which resulted in frequent overtime and an unsustainable workload over the long term.
Although there were initial discussions about career development and promotion opportunities, these plans were not followed through. Despite performing well and receiving verbal acknowledgment for my contributions, there were no actual steps taken to support my career progression or provide promotion opportunities.
