- Most colleagues are helpful and nice.
The challenges- This culture in FP is quite toxic, especially by management. There is a reason why so many people leave and so many positions open.
- Management lack of accountability and lack passion, everything is delayed and only looks into $$$ and not solving problems.
- Promotion is only for the "old gang" and not based on how good you work, its how good you suck up to the bosses.
- I see people join 3 months and left straight.
