Tasks and duties
- Planning and supervising activities for team members according to project objectives or contractual agreements.
- Reviewing technical aspects of project plans and coordinate with team members and consultants to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Preparing project schedules, monitor progress and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Inspecting work on site to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and safety regulations.
- Anticipating potential challenges or delays and initiating proactive solutions.
- Performing administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoicing and communicating project status or changes to stakeholders.
- Solving any issues, risks or disputes on the project quickly and effectively.
