    The good thingsProvide flexible working hours, Having very great time with colleagues, and the management encourage employees have non-barriers of giving opinions and feedback. Senior manager and executive able to correspondence face to face when issues or matters arise instead via emails. The company practicing very healthy and positive cultures which able every employees work in team and feel less stressful.
    The challengesCompany facing financial difficult due to some of the natural disaster happen causing the goods unable to arrive destination. During the period, every single employees continue to workhard in their in regular hours to produce another batch to develop the goods to deliver again to the destination. The employees able to accept the delay of salary and maintenance their supportive working attitude.
