    The good thingsVery Good team working culture. Everybody is helpful. Very good for gaining experience. Good relationship between employer and worker. Happening Sport Club to take away working stress.
    The challengesWorkload is quite a lot thus more experience but sometime exhausting. Be prepare for lot of paperwork due to ISO system but work flow will be well organised.
