    The good things-Do all the general worker works together. -Apply engineering theory and prove the applications. -Prototype able to be product within short-term period. -Learn budget and try to save company money. -Alteration Company Rules from time to time. (involve salary deduction). -Overnight to fulfill progress before due date.
    The challenges-Due Date (insanely fast) -Monthly Salary Deduction. -Costumer is everything. -No job scope (do every work if possible). -Management decision and organization. -Safety
