    Underrated staff performance
    The good thingsPros: - efficient work force - work-life balance - no OT required! Cons: - bad handling of management - zero-system company (kelam kabut) - work beyond your promised job scope - unfriendly staff and management (not all!)
    The challengesYou have to do everything! Literally, everything. And you don't get assistance / guidance easily but when you do, you'll get the "black face" attitude in return.
