    I have an experience in Oil Palm Plantation almost 26 years to managed from jungle clearing in mineral soil and peat soil management. Furthermore last position in industry as are General Estate Operation and Oil Palm Mill at the moment.
    The good thingsAs are planters, I love the challenge such in the new atmosphere to get more experience. Therefore based on my experience I will give contribute to ensure all operation it's run smoothly and finally to see the company can get income as well. Hence to run that company smoothly, I must measure all staffs management must well training in order they can work as team to solve any problem and task assigned to to them is running as well accordance of SOP of company.
    The challengesGenerally speaking, as are planters we can't run from the challenge such in get more income for the company. But as are planters we are must positive thinking in whatsoever problem we are facing. As are planters we must:- 1.Monitoring Estate Operation is running smoothly. 2. To produce estate annual work plan, work force, logistics FFB projection. 3. To provide direction and coordination of estate profit and administrative management. 4. To optimize, utility and FFB production in higher quality 5. To ensure all expenditure in line of budgeting. 6. To ensure all works must follow SOP of company
