Overall, a good company to work with

The good things-All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. You can always ask them if you have issue. -No company politic and everyone are treated as a family member -Good for fresh grad to gain their knowledge in networking field -Some flexible time as an engineer -Chance of working with big company networks

The challenges-We do need to do some job that aren't in our job scope. -Poor management which sometime lead to confusion of work.
