A positive environment that encourages growth and collaboration.

The good thingsWhat I like the most is honestly everything: the supportive work culture, my manager, my team, my office mates, and even the overall environment. For me, it feels close to perfect here. I really enjoy how everyone works together, the positive energy in the office, and the fact that I can keep learning and growing. On top of that, there are team building activities to keep the office spirit alive, and even snacks in the office, which makes it even better. Most importantly, thank you for accepting me as part of the family in this company. It truly makes me look forward to coming to work every day.

The challengesSo far, I don’t really have anything that I dislike. Everything has been going well and I am genuinely enjoying the experience here.

All positive experience and friendly environment

The good thingsEveryone has good teamwork. For an agency, it's pretty chill and there is no OTing. If it does get a bit busy, everyone still works good together and is very cooperative and understanding. The work is still manageable. We work with a few different industries and varying campaigns so it doesn't get boring.

The challengesAs of now, I haven't faced any big issues.
