    The challengesCertain C-level leadership behaviour is outdated and does not reflect expected corporate standards. Decision-making is often slow and lacks accountability. Emotional intelligence at this same C level appears weak. This leader does not consistently meet role expectations and frequently addresses staff publicly in a demeaning manner, openly criticizing and belittling them, which negatively affects morale. There is also a noticeable pattern of gossip involving the same C level when negative remarks about staff and other top leaders openly discuss contribute to a toxic corporate environment. References to “Japanese culture” are often used to shift blame and avoid constructive feedback, though these issues appear rooted in the same local C-level corporate practices. Overall, the leadership lacks professionalism and respect and does not meet the corporate standards expected of a multinational organisation, instead feeling more like a typical money-lending operation.

    The challengesCertain leadership behaviours like Chief Corporate Officer misuse his power reflect an inappropriate exercise of authority, which may discourage open dialogue and limit trust from the staff. Issues raised through proper channels are not always addressed consistently, resulting in uneven accountability. As a result, HR and governance processes may be perceived as insufficiently independent.

    The good thingsSome colleagues are profesional doing their Best despite of difficult environment
    The challengesThe workplace culture is unhealthy, showing signs of bias and unfair treatment. Management shows little concern for staff wellbeing or equal opportunities. Instead of resolving issues, employees are often told to leave if they “don’t like the environment.” Leadership seems to think that improving the office means changing furniture rather than addressing behavior and culture. A supervisor who speaks harshly to staff is still supported by top management, creating fear and discouraging professionalism. Gossip, favoritism, and lack of accountability are common.

If you're looking for career growth, this may not be the ideal place, as the management style feels stuck in the 1990s despite it being 2024. There are no hybrid work options, poor work-life balance, no overtime compensation, and a high level of micromanagement. The turnover rate is high, promotion opportunities are rare and often require exams, and the costs for food and parking are steep.

    Too many management and department

    The challengesCustomer sales service in branch overload work. Need to do sales,marketing,telemarketing and operation also. Plus sistem not friendly user. Need to use different system for every single task. Why system didnt come in 1 system only. Other department not cooperative with other department like toxic. Very low increment and hard to promotion even perform in perfomance.
