IT executive experienceThe good thingsThe bonus is okay but depends on individual. If you are good with boss, definitely you can get higher bonus.
The challengesIf you're a Gen Z professional seeking a vibrant workplace culture, this company may not be the ideal match. The workforce is predominantly comprised of older employees, often in their 30s to 50s, who tend to adhere to traditional practices. Introducing new ideas can be met with resistance, and there's a significant degree of micromanagement from superiors, limiting your autonomy. While they encourage thinking outside the box, the actual environment can feel overly strict, akin to a military setting. Every decision, no matter how minor, requires approval from your boss, impeding personal growth due to their reluctance to embrace change and accept mistakes. As a result, the experience can become draining, especially because older staff members are inclined to criticize rather than provide constructive solutions. If you're an introvert, it can be a particularly challenging environment. The HQ company do not have family days, doesn't provide food/drinks in the pantry for staffs, and doesn't organize any recreational events much. You will be forced to work overtime especially to fresh graduates. Too many systems to use for different issues.
