    First mencabar, tapi lama² jadi bosan sb klau u as a collection dekat collection tu je. Tak byk skills yg u akn dpt. Dan akn bekerja dgn pekerja lama n senior.
    The good thingsBonus okay tapi depend your kpi. Nk achieve pon xmudah yer.
    The challengesKpi yg susah. Management ikut target dr tahun lepas punya performance. Setiap tahun akn berbeza kalau buat collection ni. Ada tahun mmg rmai customer byr cth sb kwsp atau bantuan. Mmg result letop tapi tahun yg berikutnya tak sama.

    The good thingsgood team and nice manager. work life balance is undeniable. no stress
    The challengesnot easy to get permanent, benefit for contract staff is average, no increment, no medical insurance, AL only 8 days per year, medical covered as low as rm200, bonus gave after 2 years contract.

    Good communication is a key for success
    The good thingsI work with nice and supportives teammates to complete the task given by management. I also have a good superior that understand their staff's problem. In this company also i learn on how to communicate effectively between colleagues and superior to get a better outcome. If not understand or confuse with something we need to ask to clarify that things until we understand so that we can know on what we do. The company also provide a good benefit for their staff such as overtime claim and food subsidies.
    The challengesThe challenges working with this company is we need to understand what management want when adhoc time and need to be fast learner, and take that as an initiative to learn and manage time as management always want some task to be done fast
