    The good thingsDue to multiple task and frequent changes of job scopes, the staff can learn a lot of new things. The director is friendly and generous towards its staff. The working hour is comfortable as no need to work on weekend.
    The challengesPoor management Management frequently change the policy without prior notice and frequently change the staff job scope. Poor senior staff attitude. Poor cooperation and communication from other department and 'me first' attitude. No actual working SOP, and no systematic work was practiced. High turnover of employee due to reason above. The work itself is fine, but the environment of work is very stressful.
