Stable with EQ Challenges
The good thingsThe office is located at a quite happening place. Easy access to food and other conveniences. When MRT is ready, accessibility will be improved. The remuneration and benefits can be generous. Having a large contingent of workers somewhat reduced challenges of playing the game. In a long term, the company is stable because of the nature of its business. The boss loves LV and sport cars very much.
The challengesThe office is located at the area with notorious traffic jam. The company is a private one. Lack of EQ of some at the management level, and entrenched long serving staff, will pose great challenges for a weak heart. There is tense in the air. The executive suite is not recommended but other departments could be fine.
