    The good thingsThere are many incentives when working for the company and the commission rates are very good. Flexible working hours lets you control your work and life balance.
    The challengesThe challenges are the presenting to a potential customer while making full disclosure to the said customer. The stigma of insurance exists and contributes as a barrier.
