    great place for exposure
The good thingsLike that everyone is friendly here in which it feels like one community. It's also great that we have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with different departments
The challengesThe salary could be improved, as it doesn’t quite reflect the workload, especially when overtime is required during busy periods

    Supportive Environment, Challenging Pace
The good thingsThe people are supportive. When I’m stuck, I know I can count on my teammates. There’s always someone ready to offer advice or lend a hand.
The challengesIn my opinion, work-life balance can be challenging. There are quite a few days where overtime feels more like the norm than the exception.

Regret to resign from my earlier job to join them
The good thingsNone. No proper training. If mistake occur, you will get the blame
The challengesAnswering calls non-stop. Have to take turns & inform in group to go to washroom. Hired on part time basis & 8 people were told to bid 6 people jobs on daily basis. So every week only work 1 or 2 days & if fortunate, 3 days because of bidding basis job. Beggar earned more than me if average out. When pc is down, were told to sit at home with no compensation. Sacked people as & when they like. Management did not keep their promises

It really really bad currently that’s why the turnover rate is really high. Missed previous years.
The good thingsPrevious years before 2022 , there was lots of fun and staff rights were protected. There was motivation and was rewarded based on performance level.
The challengesPoor management, no work life balance , supermicromanagement, no flexibility in working from home, never ending Ot . Too many changes in mere period of 6 months

    Overworked employees and Micromanaging Management
The good thingsMedical benefits are great but as expected from an insurance company Pantry is very well designed
The challengesHave to Clock in clock out with productivity level to achieve. Strict on time. Office is far in cyberjaya Lack of knowledge transfer for new joiners Very strong office politics, between business partners and managers Employees are just tools/machines for business partners (HK, SG etc) that do not are about your well being. Overtime is a must despite management restricting overtime hours High attrition rate

    Worst work life balance
The good thingsThe OT pay is high. If you are willing to sacrifice your weekend / PH, you can earn more.
The challengesWorst management. Set high KPI so need to work for long hours to achieve it. If you want to do work from home, you need a justification letter. Zero career enhancement.

The good thingslot of time with family, able to meet and help people and educate them on how to minimize our risk by protecting our income, wealth and generations
The challengesa lot of people still do not have a proper knowledge about income protection. most of them think insurance is only about medical protection. Income is the most important thing to protect first
