    Stressful, no proper guidance and training, lack of support
    The good thingsPay is good, medical benefits are great.
    The challengesVery stressful as you are being monitored by a system. No proper trainings and straight into jobs. Business partner, HK demands too much like we are slaves and robots. Senior management does not care about employee well being. Only cares about ownself. The pay is seriously not worth it.

    Poor work-life balance but good place to learn
    The good thingsSalary is competitive for fresh graduates, benefits is not bad for an insurance company.
    The challengesVery poor work life balance to the extend seeing a gastritis-inflicted worker is not uncommon. Many times you will be required to work past dinner hours, the more challenging part is when you are monitored with a system that take notes of your productivity at all times so even toilet break is took in rush. since this is a Shared services company, managers are more like puppet controlled by main company that follows whatever the main company requested. Hence you are more likely to work more than the salary you get.

    The good thingsAmple of learning opportunities to encourage growth and development. Management has ambition to always do more and achieve higher, that made me feel the job security. Supportive colleagues.

    The good thingsDynamic and supportive way of working between peers. Working here allows a greater exposure to underwriting domain knowledge and culture.
    The challengesDue to frequent business changes to adapt to stiff competition environment, it makes the tension among the staffs. But this is unavoidable.
