    "If the things that you do is the things you are passionate about, you wont even feel like you're at work".
    The good things- Open concept culture (Can learn and adapt easily) - NO Micromanagement - Well paid Salary & generous benefits - Free office snacks :p - Office laptop provided - WFH benefits - Game/chill area (can play switch during free time)
    The challenges- Not a general challenge, but being part of a small and quite new R&D team at Polyaire in Australia, means that you need to be more persistent and take the initiative to learn, adapt, and align with the team. (- Unless you're a senior)
