What’s it like working at Airtac Industrial?

    AI summary of recent reviews

At Airtac Industrial, employees particularly value the supportive relationships among Malaysian colleagues, who create a friendly and helpful environment that helps make the workplace more enjoyable.

Areas for improvement include the need for better workload distribution, as employees often manage multiple roles with limited support. The company could benefit from enhancing its organisational structure and HR support systems, while improving professional communication standards and creating a more structured work environment. There are opportunities to develop more effective management approaches that better incorporate local staff input.

If you value your time, career growth, and mental health, I strongly advise you to think twice before joining Airtac Industrial Sdn Bhd. It may have an international name, but the internal culture is outdated, exploitative, and demoralizing.
The good thingsThe only positive aspect was the camaraderie among Malaysian colleagues. They were friendly, helpful, and supportive—something that made the work environment slightly more bearable.
The challengesDespite being a multinational company, but operates like a poorly managed small local business. Employees are frequently overburdened, with one person expected to handle multiple roles without proper support or recognition. The Taiwanese management shows little to no respect for local staff, often disregarding input and treating employees as easily replaceable. There is no clear structure, no real HR support, and absolutely no focus on employee well-being or development.

Negative working culture and not a good place for career development
The good thingsNothing is really good
The challengesDo not have space and opportunity to do your work peacefully and professionally. Too strong gossip working environment. Inappropriate wording (harsh word) is always been using in daily work. No standard at all.
