You must know what you looking for.
The good thingsGood environment to learning for fresh graduates
The challengesSalary does not match industry standards or job responsibilities. Compensation is below market rate, especially considering the workload and expectations. This may affect motivation and retention in the long run. Salary increments and adjustments are minimal.

Able to learn a lot if you are being loaded with work as the Bank is small with limited employees in each department where you get to explore on your own for problem solving, but do not put high expectation on commensurate remuneration to the job roles.
The good thingsHaving immediate superior with good leadership traits would lead to better working environment, coupled with helpful and supportive colleagues that treat you like family member in the team. Ultimately teamwork + good leader will bring you further in career development and learning experience.
The challengesPolitical senior management similar to our country's politicians, remuneration and performance bonus are measured by political performance instead of KPI with an element of treats within, banking system that is old school and not user friendly, like to launch immature products & services be it for internal / external customers, toxic culture for sales with inefficient hierarchy, like to point fingers and push responsibilities with no sense of take ownership, management that is living in own world, not down to earth and no active listening, no work-life balance and threats everywhere. Workload is ultimate with short deadlines.

    Valuable experience and learning
The good thingsGood superior that guides and have patience to new joiner. Working environment is very good and pleasant. Most benefits and perks are available but not all. Approachable senior management team and open to receive feedback from employees. Opportunities to explore and learn from zero with task assigned.
