    Not stressful
The good thingsThe working environment was good and enjoyable. One thing I love about working here is the low-stress atmosphere, especially since I never have to bring work home. All the lecturers are very supportive and helpful.
The challengesThere are several issues faced, especially that employees are not given proper guidance and have to complete tasks on their own. Employees are provided with insufficient training, and the biggest issue is the lack of salary increments.

Supportive colleagues made the workplace manageable, but poor management practices like disengaged leadership, favouritism and misaligned roles caused inefficiencies. High employee turnover and unfair workloads without adequate compensation added to dissatisfaction. Improving management, role alignment, and employee welfare could create a more stable and rewarding work environment.
The good thingsOne of the highlights of working at this company was the supportive nature of some colleagues, which made the workplace more manageable despite challenges. However, there were instances where the allocation of roles and responsibilities did not align with individuals’ qualifications or expertise. This occasionally created inefficiencies and added pressure on teams to compensate. There is potential for improvement through better recruitment practices and role alignment to ensure employees are set up for success.
The challengesThe workplace faced several challenges, particularly regarding managerial practices. Favouritism was noticeable at the managerial level, which led to unequal distribution of opportunities and benefits among employees. Additionally, the top management often appeared disengaged, leaving the majority of responsibilities to employees without providing adequate guidance or support. High employee turnover was a persistent issue, which impacted team stability and morale. Job roles frequently extended far beyond the original descriptions, with employees expected to take on multiple responsibilities. Unfortunately, the compensation did not reflect this added workload, leaving many feeling undervalued. The company could greatly benefit from revisiting its management practices, offering fairer compensation, and creating a more supportive work environment to retain talent and improve overall efficiency.
