    The challenges- Your efforts at this company are not worth mentioning - TOXIC evaluations given from management team. The company had issues with respecting proper reporting lines, as some long-serving senior staff often bypassed the organizational hierarchy and reported directly to management. Directors would also communicate directly with Assistant Project Managers, creating confusion in authority and responsibilities. In addition, management sometimes restricted the issuance of warning or reminder letters to certain subcontractors or clients due to personal relationships and business interests. This affected fairness, accountability, and proper professional standards. Some parties would also behave as if the company was dependent on them despite poor performance, while using pressure tactics and manipulation.
