    Perfect, growing IT Services Company
    The good thingsI worked in this Organization for over 4.5 years in 2 clients based in Malaysia. I had a very high professional experience with AGS. They heard my concerns, answered me, gave solutions to me, and gave a good roadmap. When I was moving to the gulf region, I have been perfectly cleared all taxes. Still am in touch with the team. Moreover, no one requested me to write reviews also. :) I wont be a person to only find fault with an Organization, but I will be giving a pat while someone is doing right as well. Thank you
    The challengesNot much I have experienced except some initial discussions in which I was rude to the Heads. Later they gave a right justification which was acceptable. So I had a perfect journey guys. Keep it up team. I hope you can still improve in few areas which I mentioned in my discussions. Thanx

    The good thingsTransparent Management & HR practices Openness in Career Consulting SLA Based service metrics with Clients and Customers Salary on par with the industry Very open and friendly Consultant management practices Very satisfied IT Services Organization operating in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and India
    The challengesChallenges faced are usual as in the IT Services industry I had a great time working with the team who had clear discussions Any challenges are clearly communicated and necessary actions are taken The whole journey takes over 4.5 years and I had a very satisfied tenure with AGS team. The HR Team has been highly instrumental in helping on many occassions.
