    Not a good working environtment
    The good thingsWorking environment is freedom. When there is a job need to be done have to do it and complete it. When there is no job, you can enjoy surfing or do your own stuff.
    The challengesMost people there are old boy school and did not accept changes or adopt to new changes. Terrible thing is no proper process in place. There is a ERP system but never fully utilize it. Still using old method to get thing done. The calture there is you take care of your own matter and without any team work. This is a family business and hard to work a long if you are outsider.
