Medical manufacturing various medical disposable products such as Suction Connecting Tubes, Oxygen Tubes, Drainage Tube, Amniotic Perforators, Insufflations Tube, Insufflations Filter, Infusion Tubing, Extension Tubing, Pressure Tubing, Veress Needle, Laparoscopic Suction Irrigation with Trumpet Valves sets and Medicine Measures such as Kidney Dishes, Pill Cups, Conical Measures, Gallipots and Feeding Cups. Medical also making custom made medical devices as required by customers.Our manufacturing facilities are state of the art including a Class 100K clean room, 5 Tubing Extruders, 6 Injections moulders, Ultrasonic Welder, Ultrasonic Tube Forming machine, Tip Forming machine and medical pouch Heat Sealers enabling us to manufacture quality products in a timely and cost effective manner. In addition we conduct product leak test, pressure test, ageing test to assure quality product produced to our valuable customers. Moreover, IMT equipment Vertical Profile Projector enables us to measure the internal diameter, external diameter and thickness accurately to meet customer’s requirements. Our competency based trained Quality Assurance staffs grants satisfaction to customers by producing high quality products to their door steps.Our chief customer is a.p.s Medical Pte Ltd, Australia. We also serving our customer from other part of world such like German, Dubai, Italy, and Singapore and followed by local customers.
