    Worth trying
The good things 1. Appreciated the freedom to work without being micromanaged. 2. Enjoyed working with friendly and supportive colleagues. 3. Learning Opportunities: Although limited, there were chances to learn new things occasionally. 4. Chances to develop soft skills
The challenges1. Limited Learning Opportunities: Management's involvement in political dynamics restricted learning opportunities. 2. Inadequate Benefits: Despite a nominal travel allowance, employees were often assigned to distant locations. 3. Work-Life Balance: Constant contact from the boss, including late-night, early morning, and weekend communications, disrupted work-life balance. 4. High Stress Environment: Staff shortages, combined with pressure from both management and clients, resulted in high stress levels. 5. Role Confusion: Employees were frequently required to perform tasks outside their job scope and also answerable to the task 6. Selective Increments: Increment policies appeared to favor select individuals rather than being merit-based.

    Good for career growth
The good things1) Be independent. You have to do it on your own. This is the best for career development. 2) Less supervision/guidance from superiors. This shows that the company trusts you to do it on your own and lets you develop your skills and gain experience from learning to do it on your own. Good networking with suppliers/vendors/acquaintances in the same industry may help you in gaining experience as they may guide/advise you from their experiences/points of view. 2) Train yourself to be more skillful and strengthen your problem-solving skill 3) Teach you to be more punctual and time management so that you won't be late to go to work even one minute. Train you to clock in/out on time. 4) Teach you a lesson that you need to obey all the legally binding contracts between employer and employees to prevent you to go to court. This shows that the company teaches you to be disciplined. 5) Learn to be smart.
The challenges1) There are no challenges working here as all the good things have been mentioned above. All positive values added are given working here.
