Asahi Best Base Sdn Bhd was established as a subsidiary of Ashi Tsushin Co. Ltd. in October 1989. We originally started with producing internal wiring (wire harness) for mainly audio visual equipment and have been producing and innovating interna/external cables, which include business machines and car audio equipment, and base assembly unit parts.We are making efforts to open up a new field by establishing optical engineering technology towards the next millennium. We are also pushing forward to train our personnel by having a close realationship with the regional community and to be a company of the 21st Century. We are making the effort to stay attractive and useful for all our customers.

The good thingsThe working environment is mainly focusing on the schedule management whereby to meet up all the customer requirements by engaging closely with external suppliers to support our needs which has made us an organized person.
The challengesMostly people would describe as a place to work under pressure, however, there are no manufacturing industries/ any industries that are not working under pressure whereas to build up a higher confidence level and strength to compete with these days employment opportunity, we should able to work under pressure.

Long working hour
The good thingsYou won't get bored because the job won't let you get ease. Everyday from day to night you will have things to do. Which means the company have endless order from customer, annual dinner, bonus and salary increment is guaranteed. Very good for those who likes challenging jobs.
The challengesEveryday work from 7.40am to 9.15pm. The OT claim is limited to RM230 even though you work for 3 extra hour for every working day, sometimes you need to come on saturday and sunday too or even public holiday if there were urgent shipment. In the end an operator that works the same working hour with you will have same salary as you. Short lunch time due to availability of rest time at 10am and 3pm.
