    Small group but interesting bunch
    The good thingsAs long as you do your job and the work that is required of you on a timely manner, there is much freedom on how you do it.
    The challengesIt is just like any job, the initial stage is getting to know who and which department to contact, but once you get the hang of things, it would be quite simple.
