    The good thingsI have good colleague to help me at the start. Near to banking sector the benefits is good with medical doctor visit, optical claim, parking claim, dentist claim, phone claim, car claim and nice building. Quite easy working as long can make friend with all people here.
    The challengesNeed to work hard to let bosses happy and notice us. Get bonus based on relationship with boss. Go extra work even not under your care to get boss notice. Always say yes and will get increment a lot.
