    The good thingsYou get paid (handsomely) to learn. What's there not to love?
    The challengesLots of travelling, lots of "brainstorming", and these two can consume you enough to make you really really tired. However, the rewards are really good.

    I manage to improve as well as gains few skills that I think will help me to become a better teacher or educator.
    The good thingsThe position allow me to improve my communication skills. Not only that, the position in this company allow me to assess various type of students and then devise a lesson plan specifically for them.
    The challengesDealing with students that are not disciplined. Those students make it difficult for me to devise a lesson plan in order to improve their achievement. Some of the parents also unresponsive in regard to their child bad achievement, in which make it difficult for me to discipline their child.
