    Our mission statement

    WHAT WE DOWe offer in-house design with a strong team that provides packaging design solutions for our own products and toour customers including Brown Kraft Paper (BKP) & White Kraft Paper (WKP) interleaving medium, Paper CarrierTapes, HAA Cover Tapes, Die Cut Spacers for Lead-frame and Semiconductor manufacturing. Besides packagingdesign solution, we also manufacture products such as Thermal Vacuum Forming for the Electronics, Automotive,Medical and Food packaging involving the normal anti-static and conductive materials.

    Not good for work life balance as the management culture is toxic and they like to be control.
    The good thingsThe staff entitled benefits followed labour laws. Have training and courses free for employee , and yearly bonus based on company performance
    The challengesThe top management is psychopathic and control freaks. They will gaslightning you and controlled you like cannot go home on time although you committed as in your LOA. Politics and envy culture is there.

    The good thingsI'm enjoy working with management and the staff were kind. Besides, i'll learn on how to manage overload work and getting involved with machine process. Also for new fresh entry level, they provide internal training.
    The challengesThis company need more worker to reduce overload work and reduce possibility of losing manpower. Besides that, they need to rethink about using updated machine in industry nowadays to improved efficiency of process and cycle time.
