Leadership and service quality need major improvement.
The good thingsFree parking available on higher floors with subsidized lunch provided
The challengesThe top management team lacks proactive leadership and practical involvement. Insufficient doctor coverage and inconsistent nursing service have affected patient satisfaction, leading many to seek care at other hospitals.

The good thingsAt this job, the people in charge don't do a good job managing and don't treat their employees well. Teamwork is practically non-existent within the team and between different departments. Everyone else is just pushed around. If you want to do well here, it seems like you need to be in a high-ranking position.
The challengesIn this workplace, there is a notable lack of effective management and superiors who fail to provide adequate support, respect, and appreciation for their subordinates. Both within the same team and across different departments, there is a noticeable absence of cooperation and teamwork. The work environment appears to prioritize a hierarchical system that emphasizes job delegation from the top down. If you want to survive, make sure you are standing on the top!

The challengesWhen you make an effort to simplify someone's work, it can sometimes lead to that responsibility becoming a permanent burden for you.
